Process

Secure, cloud-based hardware and software licensed via Amazon Web Services

Subscribers pay a monthly/yearly subscription fee which can be canceled at any time

Automated, database driven process which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Automation initiated – a process reads the email and the UEI and collects the data
Raw data packaged into an Excel file – the data that created the PDF reports is integrated into one Excel worksheet, suitable for ad-hoc, pivot table analysis
User sends an email to cba@feddatacheck.com with a UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) in the subject line
Reporting initiated – 10 individual reports are generated, which are then assembled into two PDFs, each with a Table of Contents and navigational hyperlinks
Return email with three attachments is sent to the CBA requester from step #1
